ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your baking slot as all bakes are made fresh day before pick up.
. 1 CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CHANGES
Website orders can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. All Orders that are placed cannot be changed or cancelled after 6 pm Wednesday when website ordering closes.
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
2. All cookie and brownie orders can be placed on our website for Friday pick up unless you want to pop in for a random treat. You can do this from our Brookie box on Tuesday or Friday.
3. ALLERGEN AND DIETARY DISCLAIMER
* Our cookies and brownies are prepared in a home kitchen that handles major allergens.
* These allergens include wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, other nuts and soy.
* We cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free from cross-contamination, even if a recipe excludes specific ingredients.
* It is the customer's responsibility to inform consumers of these potential risks.
4. FULFILLMENT: PICKUP AND DELIVERY
* Pickup: Orders must be collected within the designated time slot. Which is always on a Friday unless agreed otherwise. We are not responsible for product freshness if pickup is delayed by more than 24 hours.
* Delivery: If local delivery is arranged, ensure someone is present to receive the items. We will not leave items unattended outdoors due to spoilage risks.
* Transit Liability: Once the cookies or brownies leave our hands (picked up or delivered), we are no longer liable for any structural damage, breakage, or melting.
5. PRODUCT FRESHNESS AND STORAGE
* We provide optimal storage instructions upon fulfillment (e.g., room temperature airtight containers, freezing instructions).
* We do not recommend refrigeration as it can dry out brownies and cookies.
* We are not liable for product deterioration due to improper storage after handoff.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
* In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill your order due to illness or emergency, our liability is limited strictly to a full refund of your payment.
* We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, such as event cancellation costs.
